In the world of User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX), where bright minds constantly strive for the perfection of their craft and yearn for the well-deserved recognition of their hard work.

Often, we hear the call for change, for a push from the top, from our management. But I can't help but wonder, is that truly the only way?

It's true, there are attempts from above, but all too often, they lack the fire, the passion, and the vision that drives real change.

True transformation often begins where least expected – at the bottom rung of the ladder, with individuals who can inspire others with their vision.

This vision has the power to alter behavior, to gain followers, and to inspire them to take action.

The key lies in a compelling vision. It must resonate with the needs and aspirations of those you aim to rally to your cause.

Yes, our management can offer support, but even more crucial is winning them over as fellow advocates.

Top-down approaches often falter because they overlook the true needs of the people who are meant to drive change.

For UX Leadership, this means making the benefits visible to both our customers and our employees, aiming for truly groundbreaking results.

UX Leadership doesn't require a specific position or title; it merely demands a captivating vision and individuals who believe in it.

No matter where you stand today, you possess the ability to instigate change and shape a better world.

In truth, real transformation emerges from the grassroots, from the bottom up.

I am Florian Fiechter, and these were my thoughts for today.
