Hi, I’m Florian. I’m passionate about making people’s lives easier through better products and services, improving business results and reducing risk.
I love exchanging experiences and learning from each other.
I am UX & CX Lead at Endress+Hauser. Over 17 years in UX, Design and CX leadership, I’ve helped increase sales by making online shopping easier, retain customers through better onboarding in accounting software, and reduce costs by improving parcel services in logistics.
Three beliefs have shaped how I see design:

Before deciding what to build, understand whose life it could improve and how.
Everybody shapes experiences.
